Cards are used to verify and keep record of signatures from individuals requesting access to a safe deposit box. Cards are printed on 2 sides and include the following information, card number, safe deposit box number, renter, renter’s signature, date rented, signatures of those who have access and the required number of signatures. Card keeps record of Date and time opened, Bank employee’s initials and the access signature(s). Cards are 4”W X 6”H, salmon colored and come packed 100 per pack.
